i would not take it. you dont want those old farts on your team. if you could somehow pick up Charles or an upgrade over Blackmon, id consider it, but not a downgrade at WR2, and adding 2 over the hill RBs

PS: speaking of old RBs. maybe try to unload Turner and Jacobs for some younger blood if you do counter. But i think thats what he's trying to do.

I think that's a pretty bad offer. Mathews and Nicks are two young studs who could be cornerstones of a dynasty for a long time as a RB1 and WR1. All these guys he's giving you are old except for Austin who is constantly injured and already battling more hamstring issues. I wouldn't suggest trading both of those guys together anyway, he has some nice young players on the team don't let him ship off those guys who have a year left of good play(Gore may not even have that, he was basically invisible to me in this deal as he does nothing for your team).

If he just wants Mathews try something like Adrian Peterson and Bowe for Mathews. At least as a starting point. If your moving Mathews then Steven Jackson and Gore don't need to be anything more then throw in players, not players who are the primary parts of the deal. I see no benefit what so ever to packaging building blocks like Mathews and Nicks together though.

Thanks guys and I figured this was a no brainer. Just wanted to see other thoughts. I countered AP and Bowe for Matthews so we will se how that plays out.
