2 concurrent linked leagues

I would like to offer a league at my office with two leagues (or divisions) that have a 12 team max. Has anyone ever done this on the typical websites (ESPN, Yahoo, CBS) - I suppose I could just do two independent leagues, but then I would like to somehow merge them for the playoffs.

Will the two 12-teamers be using the same pool of players, or will they each get their own pool of players? If they're the same, then just do a 24-team custom league, and any free site (ESPN, Yahoo or CBS) should be able to handle that. If you want two separate 12-team leagues that converge...well...you may have to handle the playoffs manually. You could setup separate leagues and let ESPN or whoever handle the scoring and what-not, but just let everyone know that, come playoff time, you'll be posting the matchups and results manually...say...on an office bulletin board or something.
