You have to decide which works better for you, because in the top 16, you can land a combination of: a) Brady and a RB along the lines of Jamaal Charles/Mathews/Richardson/Lynch/Demarco Murray/AP in the 2nd round b) Chris Johnson and possibly landing Newton/Stafford, or a 2nd RB like those above, or even TE like Gronk/Graham.
The thing is, you can win with either one of those combinations. Brady/Brees is a safe way to go because you know those two are going to get 4k+ yards, and 30+ touchdowns. Chris Johnson carries a little bit of risk based upon last season, but he's one of few true workhorse backs left, and he's capable of huge numbers.

Which direction would YOU personally go? and who would YOU target in round 2 in my situation?
10 tms .5 PPR, 6 pts for pass TD
QB- Rodgers WR- Marshall, Harvin, Bowe RB- Charles, Forte TE- A. Hernandez FLX- McGahee Def- Miami K- Bryant
BN- CJ Spiller, D. Moore, M. Bush, La. Moore, R. Jennings, T. Young
I would take Tom Brady. He has all the weapons to be the best QB in fantasy football. Chris Johnson carries risk with his offensive line and how he played last season. I would target Charles in the 2nd round because I think he is in for a big season. I would not worry about touches due to his 6.1 yards per carry average and he does not rely on TDs heavily.
Absolutely go with CJ. There is a premium on RBs this year with the pool so shallow. As for QBs, you can get great value on people like Rivers, Ryan and sometimes Romo in the later rounds. The position is pretty deep.
I agree with the others to go with brady and brees because they both have tons of weapons and will be throwing the ball alot and they are consistent. CJ carries risk because he is probably going have to carry the offense for the Titans particuarly if Locker starts at QB and I am not sure he will be able to do it. Besides when it is PPR even .5 PPR some players carry more value like Sproles and Bush.

What about Chris Johnson who had the 5th most receptions last year, 12 more than Bush?
