Start/Bench! Really could use the help

This is only my second year playing fantasy football and with some of the injuries/questions/probable I would greatly appreciate some help on who to start and who to bench in the 1st week of play

The league consist of 10 teams, each team has the following starters: 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1FLEX, 1 D/ST, 1K, 5 BENCH

I love your running backs, but only after week 2-3 when they're all on the field...

This is early, since there are 2.5 weeks until kickoff for week 1, but since you asked, I think you go with:
qb Roethlisberger
wr Welker
wr Lloyd
rb Foster
rb AP (if he's going to play, and it appears he will)
te Finley
flex Ben Tate

Starting both Houston RBs isn't a bad idea against Miami. Houston should build a lead, then milk the clock with both Foster and Tate. Plus, Mathews probably isn't going to be ready week 1. And starting both NE wrs is your only week 1 option right now.

There are worse options to be forced to root for than the Houston running game and NE passing game.

Keep a close eye on the AP situation as the season gets closer. With him coming off the ACL/MCL injury the vikes wont be rushing him back. I have been hearing they may only give him 5 or so touches the first week, especially with how well Gerhert has been playing this preseason. Just keep a close eye on it because your better option in week 1-2 may be Ben Tate as your RB2.
