Then you don't have much of an option but to role with what you have or trade a starter...but then you'll just be weaker at that position.
Right after the draft, no team is perfect (unless you're league sucks), it's only during the season as values change, waiver pick-ups and trades that you can really build a team with no weaknesses.
Don't stress too much about it.

Gonna have to stick with what I've got for now. He told me he's not interested in anyone i've got except Calvin. Been hearing a lot of Hype about Jermaine Gresham. Should I dump Cook for Gresham?

Don't worry about it.. Do let go of Megatron EVER!!! He doesnt want to trade so he wont take anything you have to give. I would keep Cook over Gresham. I think the 2 WR rookies Sanu and Jones are going to play well this year..

I'd go get Gresham now. He's the number 2 option in the passing attack with a QB that is accurate. I went to UW, love locker, freaky athlete, great guy, horrible passer.
