Is Trent Richardson worth the risk for next year?

Postby Godofbeasts9494 » Sun Aug 19, 2012 10:46 pm

Hey guys, so I am in a 10 team league were you must keep two keepers. My two keepers this year are Aaron Rodgers and Darren Mcfadden. I have the 6th pick, and am thinking about getting trent richardson. I know he is injured and will face stacked boxes this year, but i think he will be a top 5 pick next year. Do you think that his upside for the next few years is worth the possible downside this year?

So that's essentially a 3rd round pick for Richardson... That's worth the risk for THIS year. Being able to keep him if you'd like is a bonus. I mean, as long as you're not passing on an even better option at 6th overall.

I think he is worth the "risk", but don't take him too high either. But if it comes down to Trent vs SJax, I'm taking Trent mainly because of age and long term potential. Good luck.
