New to fantasy looking for advice on two drafts

Hi guys first post on the site wish I would of checked it
Before the first draft.
I'm playing in two leagues this year both are 12 team leagues
Standard scoring with one Idp.the first league I'm playing in has
8 first time players and the second I will be the only newbie.
Well for the first draft my roster looks like this

My question is when it comes to Playing in multiple leagues
What's your opinion on drafting the same players.
I like to think I've been doing a lot of reading and listening to lots ff
Podcast but I know theres more out there to learn any tips or strategy would
Be appreciated, I'm drafting for this second league on Saturday

I've been playing for 15 years and I find my teams end up similar. This is bound to happen because you have a certain strategy (hold off on QB's, need a stud RB, etc) and there's players you value more and less then other players. However, I will change it up so I'm not screwed in all my leagues if I end up with similar guys to choose from at the same spot. For example, if I'm drafting second in two leagues I might take Rice in one and McCoy in the other. However, if I'm drafting 1st I'm taking Foster in both and if I'm drafting 4th and the 3 RB's are gone I'm taking Rodgers in both.

Don't go out of your way to make the teams similar or different, it will happen naturally as you target players in the draft.

I try to avoid the top 3 to 4 picks being the same as it puts all your eggs in one basket, but my waiver pickups throughout the year are very similar.

I don't know how you managed to get a top 3 QB, top 3 RB, top 2 TE, McFadden on the same team and two receivers that are tier 2-3 guys. That's incredible. We're you drafting against monkeys?

I've only been playing fantasy or about three years but that looks great. Am I wrong?

Geez did you have 5 picks in the first 2 rounds? Or are the rest of your league that dumb? I say with this team you go undefeated

And how I got those players is because it's a league with 8 new players
Who have never played And it seemed like no one did there research.

Happens to me also,,,,i always have the goal to vary it up but i seem to end up with alot of the same guys. People have certain targets so if they drop its hard to pass on them simply bc you drafted them already. Good luck.....sick team btw.
