Rashad Jennings Trade

I drafted Rashad Jennings with the hopes of trading him to the desperate owner Maurice Jones-Drew about a week or two from now. Turns out he is already desperate and has offered me Kenny Britt for Rashad Jennings. I have good WRs, Titus Young is my WR4, but a big gap after that as TO is my WR5. I would still have Mark Ingram and David Wilson as my RB4 and RB5, respectively. Would you trade away Rashad Jennings for Kenny Britt in this situation? I think I'm doing it.
