Overall I'd say it looks pretty solid. MJD should be playing eventually, and you have Rashad Jennings just in case. I like Ryan Mathews as a RB2 this year. The Chargers still want to give him a big workload. Its only a collar bone break, so his explosiveness should still be in tact.
You are a bit weak at WR1 but you have decent depth with DeSean Jackson, Reggie Wayne, Robert Meachem and Jason Witten behind Dez so I wouldn't be worried.
The drop for a D IMO is Kendall Hunter. If the Brandon Jacobs and LaMichael James injuries were more serious Hunter would be worth keeping but for now that 49ers backfield is way to crowded.

QB: Aaron rodgers -Elite QB will put up higher numbers then most 1st rounds, I'm curious what pick you had? RB: MJD -Solid player who is the entire offense RB: Ryan Mathews - I like this as a third round pick WR/TE: Dez Bryant - Meh, I don't really like Dez, hopefully he does good! WR;TE: Deshan Jackson - I picked him up too, his upside is way to good to be picked mid round WR/TE: Reggie Wayne - Collie got hurt which is good :\ but idk how bad K: Akers - #1 kicker! lol Def: planning on streaming all year
bench: Donald Brown, isaac Redman, Meachem, Ben Tate, Witten, Amendola, Kendall Hunter, and i just added rashad Jennings in case MJD holds out.
Where should i look to improve, and who would you drop for a defense?
Rodgers and MJD are solid at the top, and I like pretty much all of your starters. I think your depth is a bit weak for a ten teamer, but if your starters can play to their potential, hopefully that won't be a big issue. If bryant can perform up to his talent, and matthews can overcome his shoulder injury, I think you have a team that can make the playoffs. Best of luck.
