I'm looking at these two as my last keeper for my 16 team league. I get to keep 6 players off my roster. The first 5 keepers look like this.
QB- Michael Vick RB- Ryan Mathews TE- Vernon Davis WR- Andre Johnson LB- Patrick Willis
We get rewarded for return yards and touchdowns. Last season Peterson racked up 260 points for a 16.3 average per game. I know Titus is a bit of a stretch at a WR 2 but in a 16 team league he might be worth it? My only other offensive player even worth looking at would be Michael Bush. But he's not much more than a TD vulture in Chicago unless Forte gets hurt.
QB- Roethlisberger, Rivers, Foles RB- McCoy, Lynch, L James, Ivory, F Jackson, D Thomas, Turbin WR- Julio, Bowe, D Bryant, D Jax, Amendola, Broyles, Gordon, Hill TE- Celek, D Allen DEF- Giants K- Zuerlin D- D Washington, S Weatherspoon, L Kuechly
Titus Young for sure. Hes young, explosive and seriously pushing for more snaps in a phenomenal offense that could struggle to run the ball. Not to mention DBs are a little easier to find and less important point-wise each week than a young stud receiver.
edit: And despite how dangerous he is in the return game, the Cardinals may want to limit his returns to keep their young stud corner healthy. I haven't read anything to this effect but it seems plausible.

Oh it certainly puts him a level up on other DBs, as they're functioning pretty exclusively on tackles and turnovers but to lock down a young stud receiver like Titus is paramount imo in Keeper/Dynasty leagues. Consider that there are always 4 DBs on the field when often times there are only two to three receivers on the field. This means that throughout the NFL there's a larger selection of DBs that are going to consistently put up some sort of points whereas receivers aren't necessarily that way.
Peterson ranked 2nd out of all the DB's only behind Charles Tillman by 5 points. Young had 153 points at 9.6 last year as a rookie which put him at the 59th WR.
