Upcoming Draft: 1 IDP player help

Hey guys this is my first year doing IDP.. We can select 1 IDP in the draft I need help with who should be on my top ten/tiers and when i should be drafting a IDP... Im in a 12 man PPR league.. please help...

Fumble Return TD (FRTD) 6 Blocked Punt or FG return for TD (BLKKRTD) 6
Each Interception (INT) 2 Each Fumble Recovered (FR) 2
Each Fumble Forced (FF) 2 Each Safety (SF) 2
Assisted Tackles (TKA) 0.5 Solo Tackles (TKS) 1

Thats my scoring system... any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm really curious as to when in a PPR draft you would select an IDP. I have the 8th pick out of a 12 man draft.

My top 12 guys (If you are picking one and only one for a starting spot, I think it HAS to be a linebacker - I have no DB/DL in my top 12):

I have never done a draft like this, so my experience on telling you when to take the guy is just a gut check. Since you're only filling one starting spot and I actually have no problem having the 12th guy on this list if it means having better depth/quality starting spots at RB/WR, I'd kind of follow the other guys' lead value wise (aka don't be the first guy to take a LB). Between stretches and guys who take DB/DL I think you could easily land a top-6 guy on my list by being selectively reactive and cleaning up some other value/waiting a round if a mini run starts.

No problem! I think they're all relatively close, but I do think the top 2 are clear of the rest, and I'll put a third/fourth tier in where I think is best for my rankings after that
