10 team PPR keeper league, just drafted yesterday...

10 team PPR keeper league (using contract years, 26 max per roster)
Amount of years contracted in parentheses.
QB: A. Rodgers (3), A. Smith
RB: R. Rice (3), D. Sproles (1), P. Hillis, CJ Spiller, Ryan Williams
WR: B. Lloyd, E. Decker, R. Wayne, Titus Young, D. Hayward-Bey
TE: J. Tamme, K. Rudolph
K: G. Hartley (saints)
Def: NY Giants, NY Jets

I've got 5 years of contracts left to award, and not quite sure. I don't have to use them all, but I'm thinking about awarding some to Spiller, Williams, and Young, maybe Decker. Greg Olsen is FA, but can't pick up FAs until after Week 1. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.
2010 Tremont FF (auction, PPR): League Champion
2010 NRFL League Runner Up: 9-7
2011 NRFL (keeper, contracts, PPR) 5th place finish: 8-6

I'm also thinking about offering the following trade:
Peyton Hillis & D. Hayward-Bey and 2013 3rd rd pick for Stevie Johnson & Kevin Smith (other team has Jamaal Charles). Does this trade favor one team better or is it fair for both sides?
