Setting keepers and draft picks - Yahoo

I have been appointed co-commish in my league. The commish has asked that I take care of a few things for him. It would appear there is a problem with the keepers in our Yahoo league. When I log in I see a message that says "The Keeper Declaration Deadline passed. Please edit your draft to insert the keepers." Does it matter what round I assign the keepers in? We have 3 keepers in my league. Also, I see a message that says "The Commissioner has not processed traded draft picks for the current season." What does that mean and how do you process the traded draft picks? I don't want to screw this up.
