I'm in a 12-team non-PPR heads-up league.
I have the 2nd pick in our upcoming (Sunday) draft.
It's a snake draft, so I have the 2nd pick, then the 23rd, 26th, 47th etc.
The person who has the 11th pick is proposing the following offer to me:

I get his..........1st, 2nd, 5th ,6th, and 9th pick. (Overall 11th, 14th, 59th, 62nd, and 107th pick)
He gets my.....2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 9th pick. (Overall 23rd, 26th, 47th, 50th, and 98th pick).
