Edit: I just realized I have Jimmy Graham as a possibility too.

I would keep Newton. I think his rushing TDs will decrees but he should improve as a passer. His 21 passing touchdowns is somewhat low and I think he will see closer to 26 this season.

I'd keep Cam. I don't think he's gonna have a sophomore slump. He'll have more preseason work under his belt this year.

Tough choice, Graham technically has the most value ADP wise, especially in PPR. My second choice would be Charles, also due to it being PPR. Cam, will regress this year. His slow down in the second half of last year went greatly unnoticed and those 14 TD rushing totals that kept him afloat will be much harder to come by (another TD vulture in Tolbert is in town). That coupled with the depth at the QB position this year and I think you could let him go. Which QBs are being kept by the way, this plays a large factor here.

In the end I'd go with Graham, he's an absolute PPR monster and the safest choice among the three.
