Worth grabbing Mendenhall? How 'bout Sidney Rice?

Hey all!

In a few leagues so roster in sig is different than league I have question on here. Roster in this league is......

QB - Matt Ryan
RB - Stevan Jackson
RB - Doug Martin
WR - Julio Jones
WR - Brandon Lloyd
WR - Eric Decker
TE - Jermaine Greshem
K - Matt Prater
D - Texans

Bench - Ryan Williams, Ced Benson, LeGarrette Blount, Kendall Wright, Mike Williams (TB)

League is redraft CBS league. Non-PPR. Point for every 10 yards rush or catch and point for every 25 yards passing.

Is RB depth good enough to drop Blount and sit on Mendenhall for a month? Also see Sidney Rice is full contact in practice now, is he worth grabbing and if so, would you drop Wright or Williams or somebody else to make room for him?

I would rather have Mendy over Blount. Blount will not see a lot of touches with Martin. I expect Mendy do be playing week 5 so he will help your team during the playoff push. I would keep an eye on Rice a little longer before I pick him up.

I like your depth but you can never have too much depth. Due to the premium on RBs I too will suggest dropping Blount for Mendy, passing on Rice although he does have sleeper appeal (even though he's made out of paper mache). Martin is the RB to own in TB, he's showing great promise.

Not sure on Rice or the SEA WR situation other than they are clearly looking for a #1 to break out. The QB remains unclear but we know this much it won't be Jackson, so see if each QB has a favorite target yet. Rice may be the #1 WR in SEA yet or #4 behind TO, G. Tate, or baldwin. But this much is certain he is worth more than Kendall Wright. Locker may be slightly better than Hasselback but he ain't throwing for 30 TD's this year and with Britt and Washington and Cook there already to catch whatever TD's are not screen passes to CJ .

I like Wright a lot but he is not in a spot to succeed this year, especially fantasy-wise.

So you'd to suggest to drop Wright for Rice in addition to dropping Blount for Mendy.
