Too good to pass up?

Postby myke612 » Wed Aug 22, 2012 10:06 pm

12 team .5ppr can keep 3 each year. Passing tds are worth 4pts, all other tds worth 6pts. I just acquired Brady 2 days ago and already have a team begging to deal for him. Is this too much to pass up?

My Brady and randall cobb and taiwan jones

for his Vick cutler Demarco Murray .

This guy really wants Brady and is also open to a counter. I feel like he would give up more.

My roster
Starters in bold
QB Brady
RB McCoy, Charles, Hillis, Turbin, Lamar MIller, Taiwan Jones
WR Marshall, White,Maclin,Cobb, Quick, Jeffrey,Collie,Brazill
TE Graham

His team
QB Vick Cutler
RB McFadden, Chris Johnson, Demarco Murray,Kevin Smith,Ryan Williams,Vereen,Mendenhall
WR Harvin, Jordy Nelson, Bowe,Britt,Baldwin,Moss
TE Gates Hernandez

Assuming you start 2RB, 2WR and a flex and I don't really see this as an upgrade for you. You end up diluting the strength of your squad for two players who are going to have a very hard time staying healthy this year. Vick's durability issues were exposed in his last preseason game, limiting a lot of his upside while Murray has had problems staying on the field dating back to college. Charles should be going ahead of Murray in drafts. Cobb and Jones are just throw-ins. I'd stay put.
