keep benjarvus 5th round or ben tate 13th

In a TD keeper league.
I can keep BenJarvus Green-Ellis in the 5th or Ben Tate in the 13th??

I view late round pick as a swing for the fences.....I would keep Tate for a 13th.....if foster goes down you have a top 3 back.......RB5 taken care of!!
