I hold the 3 pick in PPR Keeper league, HELP!! WR or RB

Hey guys,

So I have a shot at drafting Lynch, Charles, Nicks, or Julio and i`m on the fence with all them. Originally I thought Charles slam dunk, but I want to come around again an grab Bowe now with my second rounder.
My team so far from my four keepers is Rice, Mccoy, L Fitz, and Cruz and i`m the only team that didn`t keep a QB.

Tought`s guys? Julio is he only guy there without question marks all over the place and I can double back and get Ryan later.

I would grab Julio. I think he is still a top 5 WR. Julio would be a best keeper as well
