Where would you draft MJD

Given all the recent news on MJD, how confident is everyone here on him playing, and at what point would you draft him if you are drafting this weekend and nothing new comes out in this saga

I am thinking if he is there in the 3rd round, id take a chance on him and probably then reach for Jennings to cover my a$$

I'd even go as far to say that if he was available in the 2nd round I'd take him, but then make SURE to get Jennings. I'd probably be looking for Jennings in the 6th.
