Have You Ever Been Ripped Off By A Commissioner?

I am conducting some research on the security of playing in public fantasy football leagues for money. My friends and I started a secure payments site last year called SportsVault as a result of being victims of shady commissioners/con artists.

I wanted to see how much of this type of thing still goes on? Is it worse than before?

Please do not name names but just a simple, 'I was ripped off playing fantasy football in 2011 in a Yahoo league' or something like that. Our goal is to identify if these crooks follow any patterns and then relay that information on to the fantasy football community to make it a safer place.
