I pic first in a one qb league saturday. Should i take Foster, or Rodgers? If i go rb, what should i take at pics #24 and #25? Thanks for any help.

My own personal preference is Foster, but I really like Rice too - you'll also see a lotta guys who would go for McCoy or Rodgers #1

Hard to say who to grab at 24 & 25 - you need to see how your draft plays out and go for the best player available at that point. Here's a list of ADP's to give you a rough idea of who might be around at that point:

As you know, I've been preferential to Foster, but I'm leaning towards Rodgers right now. It is such a sure thing, and my league awards 6 points per passing TD. I think this gives Rodgers a huge advantage over RBs. The potential is 40+ passing TDs to 17+ rushing/receiving TDs. Times each by 6 and add in 4,000 passing yards vs. 2000 all-purpose yards and Rodgers looks pretty good. Stomper...is it that simple or am I missing something?

The only other thing we have to factor in is who you will get at 24/25. Assuming you get Foster, you will have to hope Stafford is there or be happy with Eli Manning or M. Ryan later in the draft. WRs will be plentiful and in a 12-team league you can probably still get a White, Marshall, or Nelson. That sounds pretty good.

If you go with Rodgers, you have to get a RB or two and those are more iffy. At that spot, you could see Martin, Mathews, Richardson and SJAX. If you are really luck, maybe some bigger names fall like Charles, Lynch, or Peterson.

Corey - I asked the same question and got a lot of responses. Most say go RB. I'm not going to pretend I'm smarter than everyone else, so I'm leaning HARD towards a RB. Go here for more answers:

If QBs score 4 points per TD, I like Ray Rice best over Foster then Rodgers.

If QBs score 6 points per TD, then I certainly have to consider Rodgers there over Rice.

I just did a draft with my 10-year-old son in a free online league. He also drew the #1 spot and insisted on taking Rodgers. His team ended up very strong, where he grabbed Andre Johnson and Julio Jones at the 2/3 split, then Ryan Mathews/Trent Richardson at 4/5.

My advice is to take the guy you want, as they ain't comin back to ya. Any of the three are great choices.
