Looking for Just One More $$ League - PPR

I would like to find one more league run thru leaguesafe. $25 - $50 entry fee.

Here is my criteria:

!00% payout.
DO NOT use week 17 for playoffs.
10 or 12 teams.
PPR (one full point)
prefer large bench (almost or equal to # of starters). This is where you find out who knows how to draft.
At least one flex position (any position combination)
Other rules that might be added (bonus for length of TD's, Etc) will not be deal breakers
NO COMPLETION, PASSING ATTEMPT OR RUSHING ATTEMPT SCORING
NO IDP (Defensive/Special Team slot Only)
