offline draft but want online feature/capability for noshows

Hi,
figured I would ask the experts.. my friends and i are going to do an offline draft.. but of the 12 teams a few will not be able to make it.. but they will probably have web access by phone or laptop.. just not at the bar where we will be.. however, us at the bar will have a laptop...

so just wondering if theres a program we can use to track our "offline" draft online at a private URL... so the admin at the bar enters all the picks... and everyone in our league has the private URL for the current draft update... so we can text or call the people not at the bar and have them look at a site to see the current picks and whos available?

anything like this?

***********EDIT: ************** I found sleeperbot draftboard after posting this and its EXACTLY what i was looking for to the T.. just figured I would keep this thread for anyone looking for the same thing...
