The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel suggests James Starks is on the roster bubble heading toward first cuts.First cutdowns, from 90-man rosters to 75, take place on Monday. Final cuts to 53 will go down the following Friday. Beat writer Rob Reischel projects the Packers to keep three backs: Cedric Benson, Alex Green, and Brandon Saine. Starks is battling a significant turf-toe injury and was struggling before it. Reischel believes the Packers are "ready to make (Benson) their lead back." Aug 22 - 10:43 PM
