12 Team PPR (with 3 IDP) Comments/Ratings/Suggestions? WHIR!

I was the 3rd pick in a 12-team PPR league with 3 individual defensive players per team (1 LB, 1 DL, 1 DB). This is my first year playing fantasy seriously (and for money) and my first year playing PPR and any sort of IDP. How do you think I did? Is there any place I seriously need to upgrade?

It's standard scoring with bonuses for long TDs and 100+ and 200+ yard rushing/receiving games.

I know Trent Richardson is a bit of a question mark but I'm fairly confident that either him or Doug Martin will do well enough to be my RB2, especially with Rice as my RB1.
I was thinking about trying to trade for a better QB but I'm not completely unhappy with Schaub and I don't know if I'm willing to give up enough to get anyone better.

I'm also absolutely clueless when it comes to IDP and I can't really gauge how much of an impact they'll have in a league set-up like this one.
