16 team is a little tougher for me to judge since I haven't been in one.. But I'll give it a shot.

I love the RB's. I think with no Michael Bush, McFadden will take off this year, granted he stays healthy. I always liked Charles, and will continue to this season, even with Hillis taking some goal line reps away, I think he returns to 2010 Charles.

WR's leave a little to be desired, especially since it was such a deep draft this year. I'm curious to see the order you drafted players in, since D. Moore as your #2 is questionable at best I think. I like Sanders, but he's buried as the #3, and Cobb is also way down on the depth chart. Aaron Hernandez is nice, but again he's the #2 TE option. I think you drafted Hernandez and neglected your #2 WR spot, where, in my opinion, you could have gotten a starting TE with some upside later, and fortified the WR position.

Really can't judge the QB's.Not one of them is proven, and I don't think Wilson will be the starter in Seattle. I'm thinking you should see about a veteran backup, who definitely has a starting job locked down, just in case RGIII has some rookie hiccups.
