Soooo drafted 3rd over all... how did I do? and I have to dump one player for my kicker... I leaning on dropping Starks...? and I am most likely going to dump big ben for just about any of top 4 QBs on the WW... any advice would be awesome!

You seem to be fine, I just wonder who else was available at 3, not that McCoy was a bad pick.
Be careful with Romo, I've had him a few times and hes been inconsistent for me. Id have a decent backup for him.
and yeah drop starks....
QB: Philip Rivers, Matt Ryan, Andrew Luck RB: Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, Steven Jackson, Isaac Redman WR: Roddy White, Dez Bryant, Brandon Marshall, Demaryius Thomas, Robert Meachem, Denarius Moore TE: Kyle Rudolph K: Dan Bailey D: Detroit
I basically agree with everything that's been said so far. Dropping Starks is the #1 thing to do. You never know with Ben.....he might have a great year now that BOTH of his main targets are back in town. If you're not making the QB move right away, I suggest waiting to see if anyone that can stay better most of the year than Big Ben is there first. Solid team, tho.

Foster went 1st and Rogers 2nd, so it was a throw up for Rice or McCoy and I went with McCoy...
I was in the same boat you were in, I went with Rice its a dice roll at that point honestly though.
