I have 1 free spot and looking to add 1 guy. Who should I take? Reports today claim Collie should be back week 1. I'm looking for WR depth at this point.

I would pick up Britt. I think he will miss the first couple games but when he comes back he is a WR2.

Yeah, if you are just looking for depth, pick up the guy with the most upside, and that is Britt.

Agree with all the above. Britt has the most upside, and if he doesn't get suspended long and doesn't have any more issues, he's got the most potential to be a big name this year.
