Should I be looking to upgrade at QB from Ryan or stay put?

10 team. 2 player keeper league. Standard scoring. Here is my team via the draft picking 6th (Foster was my keeper):

QB Matt Ryan, Atl
RB Arian Foster, Hou
RB DeMarco Murray, Dal
RB/WR Ahmad Bradshaw, NYG
WR Julio Jones, Atl
WR Demaryius Thomas, Den
TE Jimmy Graham, NO
D/ST Ravens D/ST
K Sebastian Janikowski, Oak

BENCH

Kevin Smith, Det RB
Titus Young, Det WR
Anquan Boldin, Bal WR
Andrew Luck, Ind QB
Randy Moss, SF WR
Greg Little, Cle WR
Ryan Williams, Ari RB

In my league, some know what they are doing and others do not. I feel like I drafted well. I am worried about two things. First, I drafted a lot based on "potential" with guys like Ryan, Murray, Jones and Thomas. I would like guys that are more of a sure thing. Second, I worry about Ryan. I feel like in the age of the QB, having an elite QB is almost a must to win a league. Ryan was not there last year. I know blogs and gurus give him lots of "potential" to be elite, but I feel like a good chunk of my team is betting on potential.

Should I make a trade to try and get an elite QB like Rodgers, Brady or Brees? If I could land one of those guys, I would be dominate going into a keeper league next year with an elite QB and Foster. Package Murray and Ryan to get a QB back in return perhaps? Or just sit tight and see how the season plays out?

Thanks for the help.

Stay put for now. Matt Ryan is a solid enough QB is help you win.

Well to get a elite QB, or someone of potential greater value than Ryan you will have to give up too much added depth. If the majority of your team is based on potential, then you may as well roll with the potential of the Atlanta offense. If Jones progresses, White keeps up his stats and they can get another year out of Gonzo, then Ryan could easily be a top 10 qb in the league. Good luck.
