Running back trades

I have jamal charles, steven jackson, darren sproles, doug martin (isaac redman and ryan williams)

I am attempting to get either Ray Rice, Lesean McCoy or Matt Forte because the 3 teams who have these guys are weak at running back. Are the following trades worth it that I am trying to do and if they are, could I even give more to get them? I would rather start doug martin in my flex and get rid of sproles.

I don't know if i would trade Darren Sproles, in a PPR league Sproles should produce for you.

I usually am a fan of getting a top 2 or 3 stud, but I think you are giving up too much here. I mean SJax and Charles are probably around #10 RBs in rank, but Sproles is about 15 (remember he is usually pretty big in ppr format). I would start with SJax, Redman, and Moore. I know this is a bit low, but I would start there with any of the offers. Then you can counter.
