Here's my thoughts....

Cutler....solid gonna have a breakout year.
Rice...no doubt, Sproles...solid RB 2
Brown...low end WR 1 high end WR 2, Welker....ppr machine
Tamme...gonna have a better year just based on Peyton being there.
Decker....great route runner and again will benifit from Manning. Good for ppr
Blackmon...heard good things about this kid. Mainly size.
Lafell, Royster, and Williams...like those guys on your bench.
