Gross TE Situation

So I have a tough TE situation right now since I picked a TE very late in my draft. It's a full PPR league and I have the following 2 TEs on my roster, who should I start week 1:

Kyle Rudolph (Vikings) - vs Jags
Jared Cook (Titans) - vs NE

Reading some good things about both guys as potential breakout players but who knows.

I would give the edge to Cook, though it is pretty much a coin flip to me.
