Very deep and balanced team here. I especially like where you got Roddy and Redman. However, I think you're a bit lacking in star power, as in a player who can take over a matchup every week. F-jax is great but a pretty lackluster RB1 in my opinion, so I'd try and package him with a Ridley or Floyd for an upgrade. I know nothing about IDP's, so I'll withhold my comments there. Good luck!
I think you have a good and fairly consistent team. I would look to use your Flex position on a feast/famine type player. I think you have enough contributions from your other positions where even if your flex player had a bad week, you'd still be fine, but if he's on...then it should be a solid/easy win for you.
