10 team standard league. I just had this draft with some guys from work last night and I couldn't imagine my luck. Is this even fair?

My latest picks were Rivers for my QB slot and Cook for TE - those are my biggest worries although I think Rivers will be fine. MJD kept falling so I drafted him in the 5th - thought it was totally worth the risk. Thoughts?
