Not going to lie, I'm a little jealous of your team. Your starting line up is solid, your WR on bench look good. Since your RB bench is pretty weak, if any of your starting RB's go down, I would just move Ryan Matthews up to RB1/2 and fill it with T Smith or Britt...but I don't foresee that happening.
QB-Matthew Stafford
RB1-CJ Spiller
RB2-T. Richardson
WR1-AJ Green
WR2-Jordy Nelson
FLEX-Reggie Bush
TE-Jared Cook
K-Dan Bailey
D/ST-Bengals
IDP FLEX-JJ Watt

BN-Michael Vick
BN-Eddie Lacy

Only thing is I'm nervous about my TE depth. Right now every other team in the league has better TE. I got greedy in my draft and took WR depth over Big Vern, and after that just let them slide until 10th and 11th round I think.

I like your team. I wouldn't be concerned about your TE, I think you will be surprised by the numbers Cook puts up this year. He might be starting for you very soon. The same goes for Eric Decker. Decker is going to put up solid fantasy numbers on a consistent basis, I like him over Harvin.
