Best WR after Megatron, Fitz, Welker, Andre?

In a PPR outside of the names listed above, who do you project to have the best numbers?

Julio Jones
Roddy White
Greg Jennings
Jordy Nelson
AJ Green
Brandon Marshall
Hakeem Nicks
Victor Cruz
Percy Harvin

Even though he is preranked below all the rest, I am seriously considering going with Harvin bc of his versatility in rushing and return yards. Projections in our league have him as 2nd rated WR after Megatron. Am I crazy? I also have the option of drafting Mathews in the same position.

I've said it 40 times already, Julio will melt your face off this season. He is going to produce FIREWORKS. Matt Ryan will have a top 5 QB season, and Julio is his no. 1. They have a beautiful rapport and it will show all season long.
Roddy won't disappoint you. He is no Julio, but that doesn't mean I don't think he will put up impressive numbers.
Greg Jennings is Aaron's 'no. 1', but the ball is always spread around in Green Bay. Jordy and Finley will sap his value this season.
Jordy? See above.
AJ Green just doesn't have the QB he should. Poor Guy.
Brandon Marshall fluxuates too much for me to draft him.
Hakeem will remain a very solid number 1, but the always-present Cruz is slowly stealing his thunder. Nicks attracts a lot of coverage and the real value here is in Cruz, who gets the looks.
Cruz > Nicks.
Percy's value depends on his QB. I know you're thinking "well, duh", but if his QB is sub-tier he will remain sub-tier.

tl;dr Go with Julio.
