Hou, KC, or Seattle Defense

Currently I have Houstons D, but looking at the WW Seattle and KC's D is sitting there. Who should I pick up. Who's slated to have a bigger year?

I have Houston much higher than KC or Seattle.

Between KC and Seattle, I'd take KC because of the style of offense they play. Pounding the rock will chew time and keep the D off the field which means fewer chances for the D to be scored on.
