TRADE Trade Forte/Palmer for Eli/Turner ?

We just did our draft on Wednesday and just received this trade proposal:

His Eli Manning and Michael Turner for my Carson Palmer and Matt Forte.

Our scoring is a bit fuzzy...Standard non-PPR but we have team defense, LB and DB as well.

I am tempted since I think Eli provides better depth and might even be better than Shaub. Even though I picked Forte over Turner, I think they are pretty even. Thoughts? I am not shy about a counter-offer.

I would pass. Forte is a solid running back especially in PPR. I think Turner wheels will finally fall off this season. The Falcons are moving to a pass heavy offense with Julio Jones and White so Turner will lose touches.

Easy pass. Eli is a top 10 stud (who must don't really think much of but he is very veyr solid. You need to get Eli but not at that price. Ridiculous overpay).
