So I picked 9th in a snake style redraft league. Usually I have a plan of targeting certain players or getting 2RBs in first three round or some plan similar.
This year the plan was to just draft the best available (based on value) ranked with a mix of ADP and my own tiers.
Now of course at the end of the draft I wanted to have some depth at RB, WR, and QB (based on who I drafted), so certain positions were pulled once I received enough depth.
Here is my team (god I hope I didn't waste $200 bucks with this experiment)
P.S. at the end of the draft I was a few too many beers in, and forgot the draft had 15 rounds, hence the DEF and KICKER being 13,14 =)
Pos- Player- round/pick - ave ADP = total value (+/-)
QB- Michael Vick 4/40 -52 = -12
RB- Marshawn Lynch 2/16 - 14 = 2
RB- Cedric Benson 6/64 - 55 = 9
WR-Calvin Johnson 1/9- 6 = 3
WR-AJ Green 3/33 - 27 = 6
FLEX-Dez Bryant 5/57 - 40 = 17
TE- Jacob Tamme 9/105 - 105 = 0
K- Matt Bryant 14/160 - 176 = -16
DEF- Houston 13/153 - 112 = 41
B- Donald Brown 7/81 - 65 = 16
B- Ben Tate 8/88 - 80 = 8
B- Malcom Floyd 10/112 - 97 = 15
B-Rashard Mendenhall 11/129 = 107 = 22
B-Andy Dalton 12/136 - 154 = -18
B-Michael Floyd 15/177 - 168 = 9
Red figures are were I reached (based on ADP) but I think Vick is in for a good year and was just too tempted.
So overall I think my entire team's overall value is really good, but my biggest flaw is RB#2 unless Donald, Tate, or Mendy come through.
