Use #4 Waiver?

Someone just dropped Jonathan Stewart. Nothing earth shattering but I'm in a 14 team league and could use some help. I have the 4th WW priority. What do you think and who should I drop?

I would drop Olson but if U want a back up TE then drop Cobb. Yeah in a 14 teamer Stewart is worth the #4 waiver at the start of the season. Plenty of time to work back down the chain.
