I like Rice's upside better he is having good reports and is best receiver in Seattle with Wilson at QB. Tough call though but I think I'd drop Williams. On a similar issue....... Little Help ? Quick one: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=517240
So I'm pretty high on Tampa Mike this year as a great late round value pick. My logic..
Vjax coming to TB, IMO, has directly bumped up Williams's fantasy stock. In his second year, Tampa Mike failed to break free from double coverage and ended up working the slot more than expected. Vjax is going to garner more attention as he tries to take the top off of defenses and stretch the field. Freeman, is far more fit to utilize the underneath route than he is vertical (6ish YPA compare to 8ish YPA for Rivers). I think Tamp Mike has a bounce back year. I'm predicting something like a 70-75/900-1000/5-7 stat line.
Rice on the other hand, although extremely talented, is seemingly made out of paper mache. I'm usually all about rostering high upside lottery tickets but I'm almost convinced he won't last the season. If he does though, he can easily surpass the totals I have set up for Tampa Mike. I'm just much more certain of Mike's bounce back than I am of Rice's.
This really comes down to your starters and depth. I'd personally go with Tampa Mike but a case can be made for either.
