Final draft. Thoughts?

Postby BriGuy13 » Sat Sep 01, 2012 11:02 am

12 team standard scoring, FLEX spot (RB/WR), 14 rounds.

We picked first and due to a CBS Sportsline draft room issue, we wound up with Rodgers instead of Foster (not terrible I know, but really wanted Foster here)

Here's how it went down:

QB - Rodgers
RB - FJax, Green-Ellis, Hillis, M Bush, Gerhart
WR - Jennings, Colston, Washington, S Rice, Jeffrey
TE - Finley
D - Ravens
K - Gould

I don't like having 3 players from the same team, but I guess as long as it's Green Bay it's alright.

I'm okay with the RBs - would like better but thats what you get when you go QB in round one. I think FJax could be solid if Spiller doesn't take too many carries away. Ben-Ellis is the only game in town in Cincinatti should be a good RB2. I think Hillis or Bush make great FLEX plays since they should see goal line work.

WR - Jennings and Colston are good and the #1 WRs on pass happy teams. Not happy with the depth at WR after these two although Jeffrey could be a sleeper.

What do you guys think? Well help with yours of course.

I think green-Ellis will be the difference between great or good team. Rodgers, Jennings and Finley are a good trio from the same team. F-jacks will be superb, and Colston and Washington fit perfect #2 & 3 wr roles. Nice team.

How about mine:

Solid team. I feel like Hillis can top 1k total yards this year and produce close to an RB2, so your flex spot is locked. Since you're not a fan of the three Packers, I'd target the AP owner and package Jennings/Gerhart for their WR1 if they'll go for it (and he's a good upgrade). Then just be sure to pick up a sleeper RB or something.

take a look at mine?
