Ridley is the NE RB starter, but in red zone situations... think of all their targets. Gates gets red zone targets. DHB has high potential but you can never be sure.
Jackson is talented. Feel great about having him on your team and starting him.
Hmm, tough choice for me between DeSean Jackson and Steven Ridley. I think you're guaranteed at least some points from Ridley but Jackson has potential to go big or bust. They're both playing weak defenses, but I guess I'll have to edge on the favor of DeSean Jackson.
I would go with malcolm floyd or desean jackson. Floyd is going to be targeted more often especially since vincent jackson departed and desean jackson should put up with decent numbers against an average defense in cleveland
I want to start Ridley due to the face that Belicheck wants to establish more of a ground attack... but I will believe it when I see it. DeSean has a decent matchup as long as he lines up on the opposite side of Haden. Which if he is starting to have a good game becomes impossible as Haden is a very good shutdown corner. I would start Floyd this week; Raiders have a paltry defense and this should be a track meet.
