I'd go Charles. People are scared about Hillis, but Thomas Jones was doing exactly that when Charles was beasting. His value has never been in his red zone touches.
Jamal Charles, as has been stated he has been here before; with a high level rb split. The only way I go with Jackson is if you score on TD only and not yardage. Hillis may take his goal line attempts but this is not where Charles value lies. I see ATL giving up more on the ground than the Jets either way.

He is the feature back in Buffalo, and they get it to him often and in a variety of ways (runs, passes) could easily see him getting 100 total yards with a TD.
I'd go with Charles and hope for a 20-point game. FJax is good, but coming off an injury too and the Jets have to turn on the defense at some point, right.
I like Charles here purely because of the 'home run' threat. Week one, of all weeks, is the week to take a shot on a guy who you like. Fred Jackson may get more touches and be involved more consistently, heck, he's a safer play, but I can see Charles breaking loose for a carry that could get you a quick 12 points. I think Charles does well in week one in his return to the football field.
