Draft in 2 days, need PPR league help. ***WHIR***

This is only my second year doing a PPR league. Last year got second and the winner mostly did so cause he had Rodgers and both my QB's were mid level. Anyways this year he got 1st pick again and I have 9th (last pick, we run a small 9 team league). Our order snakes so I am lucky enough to have back to back picks. I am pretty sure first three people are taking QB's (Rodgers, Brees, Brady) and I know that 5th is def going to take Rice or Foster if still avail. Either way I am sure Calvin Johnson, Arian Foster, Ray Rice plus the three listed QB's will be gone. Not sure about the other two spots but I am gonna lean towards McCoy and either Fitzgerald or Welker being the other two spots.

So Fantasy Nation, who do I take as my back to back picks? And any advice on the draft in general. One thought was about taking Graham (and/or Gronk) as one of the two (last year I was lucky and got him in the 7th round, but I was able to pick up Welker in the 5th so who knows)

To give you an idea of our league the top 5 overall pts were all from QB's with Ray Rice getting 6th most points and Calvin Johnson being in 7th overall spot. This is what are top 5 WR and TE's looked like and the scoring is the same this year:

9th Pick (Last) and it is a Snake Draft (so I have 9th and 10th pick, 27th and 28th, etc)
PPR w/ Basic Scoring (1pt every 10yrds running or rec, 1pt for every recep, every TD is 6, blah blah blah)
Roster = QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

I would go Stafford or Newton if available. Then best rb. If Stafford and Newton gone id prob go rb and Graham. Or rb rb. Just wait on qb if the big five are gone.

Would love to do Welker/Chris Johnson if avail. Looked into Newton if still avail. Was thinking about getting a late round grab at Someone like Big Ben, Cutler, Schaub or RG3 as a gamble (but that could sink my team if didnt pay off)

If possible, I like the combination of Stafford + White/Julio/Welker.

The more I look into the mindset of other players in my leauge I am starting to think that the guys who had Staffords and Newton last year might take them again in first round. If they did that would actually be pretty good for me. I would have 9/10 pick with only 3 WR or RB's taken and I would just rely on a mid round QB grab.

Hoping all the good QB's are gone. I just did a mock and tried taking a QB early and it throw me off. I spent the rest of the draft playing catch up and not getting anyone I wanted except for Welker and SF Def. This was a 10 team so there were extra players taken that wont be in my actual draft but dont know if its enough to matter.

All TD's are worth 6pts but if the top 3-5 QB's are taken should I still try to get a QB or just go RB/RB, RB/WR, RB/TE?
