Need Help With WR and RB

I can either start 2 RB + 3 WR or 3 RB + 2WR. Which one should I go with, and who should I start? My RBs and WRs are listed below. I drafted a long time before the preseason so a lot of my players ended up being terrible choices Thanks for the help! Also, should I start Eli Manning or Big Ben?

Maurice Jones-Drew vs. TEN (not going to start)
Trent Richardson vs. CIN (injury)
Rashad Jennings vs. TEN
Willis McGahee vs. OAK

WRs:
Percy Harvin vs. SD
Marques Colston vs. GB
Nate Washington vs. JAC
Kenny Britt vs. JAC (suspended)
Brandon LaFell vs. ARI

I would go Eli, Richardson (watch the news but looks like he will play), Jennings, mcgahee (even though tough matchup), harvin, and Colston.
