Decker or Smith non-ppr

Need to pick between Eric Decker or Torrey Smith to start.

Decker vs. Pittsburg
Smith vs. Cincinnati

both at home.

Who gets the start?

I would start Decker because he has the better QB and should get a good amount of targets. Smith would be a good choice too but he isn't going to get a whole bunch of targets and you would be hoping for a few long catches.

I like Decker, I feel like he'll be the more consistent performer over the year. Love his talent too.

I'll go out on a limb and suggest Smith as the risk/reward option, especially in non-PPR. He may catch only three, but they likely will go long.
