Pick em for me!

This is a 16 team PPR league with IDPs. We start 21 total players, so the league ww is pretty bare. I have some big guns who I know I am going to start but these are the ones im having trouble with.

Pick 1 RB:
Trent Richardson CLE - will he be healthy and get more than 10 touches?
Ronnie Brown SD - he will be starting at least

Pick 2 WR:
Mario Manningham SF
Santana Moss WAS
Devone Bess MIA
Devery Henderson NO

Pick 1 QB:
Sam Bradford STL
Ryan Fitzpatrick BUF
Russel Wilson SEA

I'd go with Richardson, Wilson, Moss, and I think Henderson. That last one was the tricky part for me, but I think Henderson has a better chance at a big game than the other options.
