Decker no doubt. While Welker is going to be a main aspect of the offense, he is now a 3rd choice in the red zone behind Gronk and Hernandez. Ridley has looked great and will earn some carries close and Lloyd has also looked good, so expect shots down the field. Welker is going to be used more to move the chains. Decker is going to be used all over, and often. He caught 2 TDs in the dress rehearsal in just a half of football. I have him in all my leagues.
See I would go Welker or Nelson. Not sure about jumpingon anyone Manning is throwing to until after the first game or two. I guess m just not a believer in him yet.

Decker blew up in preseason what makes you think that will change in the regular season?
I was leaning heavy on Nelson, but that San Fran D is going to be goooood. They have everyone back and a year more cohesive. I know you don't bench a stud based on defense, but with a lot of mouths to feed and Rogers not truly favoring one or the other, I think the bigger upside is with Decker.
That said Nelson could go off for 8/110/2 and make me look silly.
I think the SF Def is gonna help Nelson. Like you said Welker is gonna give points. Nelson and Decker are more of a gamble, IMHO, but with risk comes great reward.
QBs: Brady RBs: Foster, Charles, D. Martin, Murray WRs: J. Nelson, Fitzgerald, Bowe, Nicks, T.Y. Hilton, M. Williams TEs: Graham, Hernandez K: S. Graham DEF: Texans

Blew up in Preseason does nto always mean blow up in reg season nor does it sky rocket you above all others. I like Decker but for week 1 I would go Welker and than Nelson/Decker.
I'd go with Welker / Nelson until 1) AJ proves he's back to being AJ and 2) Decker proves the preseason love affair with Peyton is more than a preseason week 3 fling. Of the four WRs I mentioned, I probably rate Johnson the lowest since even his best seasons aren't all that great when you compare them to the ceilings of the other 3. He's in decline.
